After dealing with the last "host" on script issues and multiple db errors, we gave up. Moved to HUB and contacted support for answers. They responded quickly and actually corrected the mistakes themselves. Kudos! |

the first thing when we signed up with ipage is, this is too cheap to be anything but a nightmare of a host. after getting the site going which went pretty smooth, we were impressed with the quality for the price. all that said, I would use them again for smaller projects, but have moved on now to a dedicated server. |

Had in issue with a database and got it fixed, but the tech support was a little rude/condescending toward us, as if we had no clue what we needed done. Everything else is great with them for right now. |

I have had no problems in customer service since I started with InMotion Hosting. Startlogic has been a nightmare since they went "global" and it has shown up in their tech support. No one knows what anyone else is doing even when they read a ticket. That's why we changed over to InMotion Hosting! You guys rock.... |

At first glance they would appear to be a top host. Mostly everything is "ok" however, but tech support isn't the greatest/fastest out there. They got the issue resolved "finally", but it took some yanking around. Features however are plentiful and price is decent. |

Yahoo is fast, their control panels are good, up time is great, service is friendly are all the positive traits of this host. On the downside, you do not have access to critical files like .htaccess, their version of php was not the most current, and other scripts were non-existent. We used them for 2 years, and as our site became more advanced this host proved inadequate. Great host for basic site, for more -you will need more. |

There will always be those who you can't please. If you're fairly web savvy this place should be ok. They have really lowered their price lately and have a hot offering. Of course, no host can offer unlimited everything, so be leary of that. |

I have been with them since 2000 and had no issues with them until they fouled up their server upgrade in 2006 causing myself and friends who I had referred to them to lose access, emails etc In this past year, a bug on their servers corrupted their generated htaccess files. This caused my site to be flagged by firefox as a malicious website. To make a long story short, ipower blamed me for the scripts though I had never loaded any scripts to my site. To prove it, I deleted all of my files leaving THEIR server generated files on board. |
