Inmotionhosting has been our one and only choice for going on 2 years. They have what the others offer but in a better package and better quality. Yea, the price is a little higher but you get more, so it equals out. Really do try them out and you wont look back at all the other cheap hosting companies you tried over the years. |

They have been my host for a few weeks. Getting started was easy and they give you the free stuff the others offer. Had an issue with an add on and had to contact support. It took around an hour for them to respond which I felt should have been much less. They solved the problem though and everything has been great since. |

For bottom dollar hosting they are ok and most small sites will do great with them. However if you have a more resourceful site I think you might be happier with someone else and pay a little more, for the added features and extra bandwidth, etc etc. AKA, you get what you pay for. Same goes for hosting usually. |

A friend recently setup service with them. They seem to be happy with the plan and what it offers so far. I noticed they had adequate features for the price. Can't really comment on support as I don't think they had to use it yet. If anything maybe the site could run a tad faster? |

They are a little on the pricey side compared to comparable cheap plans, but they offer most of the basic requirements sites need. Had a little difficulty getting one of the scripts to install but support got it remedied quickly. I'll stick with them for now. |

Support is a problem outside the US. 1-800 numbers don't work and it can be very expensive, often with no resolution. Email responses from support are slow (days) or not at all. My bank contacted me when someone tried to pass a $1 international transaction on my credit card a typical fraud. I said I had no knowledge of the transaction so they blocked my account and issued me a new card. It was Yahoo processing a fake transaction to satisfy themselves that my cards new expiry date was correct! By doing so they caused my credit card account to be blocked! |

Too many trips to the support bench and too much time wasted on stuff that should just work from the start. I didnt change anything so why does it fail all the time? Why do I have to keep on you when the website is down (for no apparnet reason). Why do my customer have to email me to let me know they cant access the site? |

I have been with them since 2000 and had no issues with them until they fouled up their server upgrade in 2006 causing myself and friends who I had referred to them to lose access, emails etc In this past year, a bug on their servers corrupted their generated htaccess files. This caused my site to be flagged by firefox as a malicious website. To make a long story short, ipower blamed me for the scripts though I had never loaded any scripts to my site. To prove it, I deleted all of my files leaving THEIR server generated files on board. |
